Shipping and Pickup
- Pickup is available from our store located in West Ryde, NSW 2114. Please select the
pickup option on check out, and we will organise a time and date for pickup.
- Shipping time will vary depending on location of customer, please contact us directly if you want to know the accurate shipping time.
- We currently use TNT, StarTrack, Sendle, Courier Please and many other trustworthy courier companies.
Installation
- Yes, we can organise in-house installation and painting from our store located in West Ryde, NSW 2114. Please contact us directly via email or phone and let us know what product(s) you need installed and other relevant information.
- The time needed for installations depends on our schedule for the day, and which product
you're installing with us. You can contact us via email or phone, and we will respond at our earliest convenience with an estimated time frame for installations.
Payment Methods
- Yes, we've recently partnered up with AfterPay and ZipPay. You can simply select those options at checkout now.
Orders and Refunds
- Please contact us as soon as possible, provide any images and videos available from mock fit. We will work out a replacement or refund for you immediately.
- Unfortunately, sometimes, our products may be temporarily sold out. However, when we
receive an order with a product(s) which is currently sold out, we will send you an email
notifying you the ETA and then you'll have the choice of either a cancellation or refund.
- Change-of-Mind: Please let us know 7 days within receiving the product for any refunds. Please note we're unable to refund any product(s) which has been altered with, installed or painted. Please keep in mind, that shipping fees will not be refunded/covered and a 20% restocking fee may be applicable.
- Damaged Freight: If you have received a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible, we include shipping insurance with all of our product(s). We will work out the best possible solution for you.
- Our warranty policy covers all products which are deemed defective and lasts for 365
days. However, warranty is waived where the product has been used, installed or
modified as we cannot be responsible for fair wear and tear of the parts on the road nor
when it is used or modified in any other ways.
