Terms and Conditions
ORDERS & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. All backordered parts(s) pertaining to a specific order will ship only when everything on that order has arrived at our facilities and has been unpacked accordingly; unless requested to ship separately by purchaser for a nominal fee. Orders made through EuroBody Store or our FaceBook page or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) clear. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal, Card Payments or Bank Transfer.
WARRANTY & PRODUCT USAGE:
EuroBody is not responsible for any damages that results from using the item(s) purchased through EuroBody. Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. If no instructions are given, professional installation is recommended. If there is fault with installation and no proof of professional install, we are not liable for any damages that occur after. We cannot accept liability for faults caused from improper installation. Once the product have left the warehouse we are not responsible or liable for any damages as we strictly inspect the product prior to delivery to the customer (unless there is a valid reason).
EuroBody does not owe a duty to the customer to ensure that all products supplied by EuroBody to the customer, complies universally with the vehicle requirements of different local, state and national authorities. If you wish to file a dispute please do not hesitate to contact us.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS & ORDERS:
Pre-Order Products are products which are not currently available at the time customer places the order.
By placing an order for a pre-order product, the customer agrees that:
- There can be a wait time of up 8-10 weeks prior to being available to be shipped out from our facility.
- Customer has an equitable right of ownership to the pre-ordered product, which upon any delivery transform into a full legal title.
- On the chance that customer decides to cancel an order for a Pre-Order product and fails to notify EuroBody within 48 hours of placing the order, a cancellation fee of 30% will incur.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped same or next day if in stock. EuroBody does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. Depending on your location in Australia, estimated shipping may take up to six business days. For regional area this wait time may take up to ten business days.
For Made-to-Order and Out-of-Stock items they will normally take 8-16 weeks until delivery, and for smaller items they may take 6-10 weeks, although this can change based on various events that can impact our supply chain from production/moulding through to logistics and delivery. For a more accurate check for stock or estimated arrival time, please contact us directly via Email, Facebook or Phone.
EuroBody is not liable for any delays that have occurred by part of the Courier hired. We will pursue the claim and lend a hand where needed, however we cannot be held accountable to their delays. The Purchaser must notify us for any special shipping arrangements. We do not accept delivery addresses listed as PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and/or Military Bases. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or a 20% restocking fee.
EuroBody uses a third party courier service, in which a signature may be required. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
All packages leaving our facilities are carefully packaged, insulated, and undergo an additional inspection before they are shipped off for satisfying the purposes of accuracy and quality control. If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect it in the presence of the carrier before signing. All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and EuroBody will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, EuroBody will either exchange the item if requested or refund you the item(s) amount.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
All orders are carefully inspected, packed and sealed to minimise the potential for damage. However, damage may occur despite our efforts as some variables may be out of our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging and the product's condition upon receiving them.
Should there be damage to the product, all issues and imperfections must be noted down and photos for proof of damage upon delivery in addition to the receipt, the Driver and all details pertaining to delivery.
All packaging materials must be retained, for inspection by appropriate authorities. A signed receipt without any notation or review indemnifies the carrier and EuroBody from damage claims.
All damages must be immediately notified to the carrier and EuroBody within 24 hours of receipt. Should the procedures of notation and receipt be appropriately executed, the carrier will determine how to best proceed.
EuroBody is not responsible for items lost or damaged. It is the customer’s duty to contact the delivery courier.
RETURNS:
We strongly recommend everyone to consider their purchase(s) carefully. As some of our items are made to order and shipped to customer specification, there may be a fee incurred for returns.
If for whatever reason you do change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery and a 20% Restock/Cancellation Fee applies plus shipping fees and any other miscellaneous fees incurred. All of our Made-to-Order and Out-of-Stock items will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee unless the item has not been delivered within the 8-16 weeks range.
For returns, the customer has a duty to ensure that the item is delivered to EuroBody in order to qualify for any refunds. Upon receiving the item, EuroBody will process the refund promptly. EuroBody reserves the right to inspect and refuse refunds given valid reasons.
We may accept the return of certain stocked items even if you have opened the items to inspect them. However, EuroBody reserves the right in this regard to determine whether refund is available. In order to qualify for any refunds, you must return your goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods. The goods must be in "as new" condition and returned in an original, undamaged packing. We do not accept used or modified products. Please note we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, but we can issue a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Does not work as advertised, or according to how we have described it in any conversations with the customer.
We cannot refund and/or cancel your purchase if:
- You return your product without proof of purchase.
- The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged.
- The products were a special or customised order.
- The products were not originally purchased from us.
- The customer claims that the product(s) is defective without proof of professional installation.
- The products were damaged in freight and insurance was not purchased.
- A holding deposit was left for a specific product and/or order.
INTERNATIONAL HANDLING:
Customs & Brokerage Fees: All international packages can be subjected to fees incurred in customs. EuroBody is not responsible for payment of taxes, and/or duty fees. The amount that is charged varies for each country and we do not know what you will be charged. If the package is refused, the customer is liable for all charges and fees that occur including, but not limited to; return shipping, customs charges, damages ETC.

DISCLAIMERS:
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. EuroBody is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints or computer glitches on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.
Upon handing the goods to the courier or the customer, EuroBody is not liable for any subsequent damages or loss incurred on the goods purchased. The customer agrees by contract to purchase the item or goods when they ‘Checked Out’ on eurobodyshop.com.au. Within the next business hour, EuroBody will process the order and ready the goods for delivery to the customer (ascertainment of goods). EuroBody’s contractual duties are duly discharged upon handing the goods to the delivery courier or the customer. The goods then are considered delivered and ownership is transferred to the purchaser pursuant to sections 21-23 of the Sales of Goods Act. Should any damages or issues happen to the goods after then, EuroBody will not be liable (exclusions apply).
