Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Pre-Order Products are products which are not currently available at the time customer places the order.

By placing an order for a pre-order product, the customer agrees that:

• There can be a wait time of up 8-10 weeks prior to being available to be shipped out from our facility.
• Customer has an equitable right of ownership to the pre-ordered product, which upon any delivery transform into a full legal title.
• On the chance that customer decides to cancel an order for a Pre-Order product and fails to notify EuroBody within 48 hours of placing the order, a cancellation fee of 30% will incur.
