Front/Rear Bumper Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BUMPER SPECIFIC):

Product Fitment: For all body parts sold by EuroBody are All body parts sold by EuroBody are manufactured to achieve a fit as close as possible to factory specifications. However, due to styling variations, certain components such as guard liners, air ducts, under trays, reinforcement/spacing/filler bars, fog light connections, or other related parts may require modification and may not align exactly.

Inspection & Claims Policy: Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any missing or damaged parts/components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this 48-hour period will not be accepted, regardless of any postage insurance purchased.

For missing item claims, photographs of all received parts may be requested. For damage claims, clear photographs of the damaged parts must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery times will be verified against the courier’s tracking information.

Warranty & Liability: No warranty is provided on car body parts. EuroBody accepts no responsibility for labour costs or any additional expenses incurred in relation to the purchase, installation, or use of the parts.

Professional Installation & Preparation: EuroBody's body parts are intended for professional installation only and are not recommended for DIY fitting. Parts may have minor surface imperfections and will require professional test fitting, preparation (including sanding, filling, priming, and base coating) prior to painting.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to improper preparation or workmanship. Under no circumstances will returns or refunds be accepted after the part has been painted.

Some parts may include inserts, trims, or grilles that are painted or chromed; however, all products are sold as unpainted. If these finishes are not suitable, customers may choose to refinish them at their own expense.

Inclusions: Unless otherwise specified, parts do not include instructions, templates, or mounting hardware.

Road Legality: Some products may not be legal for road use. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and national regulations. EuroBody operates within a highly specialised market, and customers are strongly encouraged to consider their purchase carefully.

Carbon Fibre Products: Carbon Fibre products are handcrafted using layered materials. Minor variations in weave pattern, texture, finish, or fitment are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects under Australian Consumer Law. OEM-level fitment is not guaranteed.
